Instructor or Lecturer, Games and Interactive Media

 

The Nicholson School of Communication and Media (NSCM) in the College of Sciences (COS) at the University of Central Florida (UCF) invites applications for a full-time, nine-month, non-tenure earning instructor or lecturer in the Games and Interactive Media program anticipated to begin August 2023.

 

 

The Games and Interactive Media program is a large and growing top 15-ranked game design program (Princeton Review) that can teach games and interactive media courses including, but not limited to, game, web, XR, design and storytelling. The Games and Interactive Media program is part of the Nicholson School of Communication and Media, which has other programs in the areas of Communication, Film and Mass media, and industry game development within the Florida Interactive Entertainment Academy (FIEA) and is located at UCF Downtown.

 

NSCM is especially interested in hiring faculty members who can contribute through their teaching and service to the diversity and excellence of our academic community and foster an environment in which faculty, staff, and students from a variety of backgrounds, cultures and personal experiences are welcomed and can thrive.
