The Department of Biophysics at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) invites applications for a faculty appointment in the area of computational biophysics. Appointments at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor rank will be considered. The position will remain open until filled.
The successful candidate will complement existing strengths of the Department in biophysical and clinical research, bridging the scales of biological organization from molecules to higher organisms. Applicants interested in the following areas are encouraged to apply: biophysical modeling of biomolecules and their collective behavior, structural and molecular biophysics, understanding biological mechanisms across biological scales from multi-component assemblies to the molecular level, and structure-based drug discovery.
